In accordance with Google Play User Data policies and Dr. Neha Wadhwa's data protection standards, users have the right to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal health data.
What Data Gets Deleted
- User profile & login credentials
- Health logs, diet plans & progress photos
- Synced steps & physical activity data
- Consultation chat messages & lab reports
Timeline & Exceptions
- Account is deactivated immediately
- Clinical data expunged within 30 days
- Statutory taxation & GST receipts retained for 7 years as required by Indian financial law
